In addition to this package, for E-Presenters:

  • Publication of 5-page papers in the conference book of proceedings (optional)
  • Participation in the award competition for the best papers (funding support for open-access publication)
  • Participation in the award competition for best e-presentations

 For people wishing to attend the conference in person, confirmation of attendance will be requested 2 weeks prior for organizational and catering purposes. After this, changes from remote to in-person attendance will incur a 50€ additional cost.

Beyond that, a modification from remote to face-to-face will lead to an increase of 50€.
